The MIS Department of Kamal Mills (Pvt) Ltd. was established at the time of inception of Kamal Mills (Pvt) Ltd.. Started initially to automate the working of the industry by providing services in the fields of software, hardware and networking, the MIS Department is now a team of dedicated professionals. This team has expertise in object-oriented programming, client-server architecture, databases and web development, using the latest tools and technologies.

This team is responsible for development and maintenance of the Kamal Mills core communication infrastructure i.e. Maintain database, application, file, web and mail servers, network security management, software distribution, and technical support for hardware and software.
